Lubo is a certified personal trainer from Slovakia. He found his passion for fitness back in 2012 and through the years has tried and tested many different variations of training such as weightlifting, powerlifting, crossfit, functional training, calisthenics workout, balance and flexibility training and HIIT.
The most important thing for Lubo is to help improve the fitness levels of his clients, to keep them healthy, teach them proper form and for them to continue using that proper form for the rest of their lives.
Lubo likes to develop in his clients healthy training and nutrition habits that stick and which bring lots of benefits inside and outside of the gym.
He believes that everybody deserves good health and to be happy with themselves inside and out.
