Jerome’s interest started very early with a love for football. As he got older his interests stretched to Rugby, Basketball and Athletics.
He noticed that lifting weights increased his performance in these sports and so his passion for weights began. As more injuries started taking their toll, Jerome was spending more time in the gym than on the pitch. This is where he stumbled across the term ‘Powerbuilding’, and hence his love of powerlifting began.
