Gemma has been coaching a broad spectrum of clients for the last 7 years, ranging from Elite Soldier Athletes and sports persons to beginners who just wish to be more active.
She has always had an interest in fitness starting as a dancer as a child and moving onto boxing and even teaching pole dancing. Her love of training came from seeing first-hand the benefits of functional training within the military which encouraged Gemma to incorporate it into her own life for better health and fitness.
