Ania’s experience as a personal trainer spans over 10 years. She believes in helping people reach their goals through structured programs whilst having fun and keeping it interactive. In her vast training experience she has worked with athletes and also coached other fitness instructors.
Ania was born premature in the 6th month and spent most of her childhood in hospital. Discovering fitness at a young age helped to keep her strong and fit.
As a trainer she has a huge spectrum of qualifications from Pilates to Kettlebells, Zumba, Spinning, Olympic lifting, TRX and Bodybuilding.
