Our Spacious cardio area consists of State-of-the-art Life Fitness equipment. Whatever your fitness goal, we have the cardio machines to support your needs.

Weight’s Area

A constantly evolving gym floor filled with state of the art weighted equipment, free weights and functional training equipment. Our dumbbells weigh up to 50KG and our Life Fitness weight machines range from 50kg – 210kg.

Whatever your fitness level, whether you train to gain or tone loose; we have the equipment to increase your power and strength!

Pool

As a member, enjoy exclusive access to our adults only outdoor pool, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Complete with relaxing gardens, enabling you to relax & unwind. Open all year round.

We provide a spacious studio with an extensive class timetable with something different for everyone. You will find a variety of equipment in our studio, to be used during our classes.

Meet Catherine

Catherine says that her philosophy has always been rooted in taking a holistic approach to mind, body and the balance of the soul.

For the last 10 years she has had the privilege to help many clients achieve their physical goals, targeting a variety of concerns around weight-loss, general body conditioning, toning, rehabilitation and pregnancy in Gibraltar.

The classic Pilates reformer class by Catherine will take your body through all planes of motion to help you go back to your best version of yourself!

Ania is strong, empowering and always smiling! She started her fitness journey in Poland and Ireland as a personal trainer. With a wide range of qualifications and over 15 years of experience,

Ania will be sure to help you achieve your fitness goals. Ania is an excellent instructor of choice for people of different fitness levels and those who want someone to make the training experience more enjoyable.

Ania will ensure to find ways to give you a motivational workout and will figure out ways to work your body to suit your needs!

MEMBERSHIP FREEZE REQUEST FORM

Customers can freeze/suspend the membership at any time with a minimum notice of 30 days.

Freeze period must be full calendar months, members can freeze from 1 up to 6 months.

During the freeze period the monthly fee will be reduced to £10 per month, the usage of the facilities is not permitted.

Freeze, amendments or cancellation requests cannot be processed over telephone.

You can unfreeze your membership at any time at Front Desk.
