Q. Why choose Atlantic Health Club?
A. We are a personal club; we treat our members as individuals. We know your name, love a chat to find out how you are doing and really enjoy helping you achieve your goals and seeing your results. We are with you every step of the way.

Q. How do I join?
A. You can sign up in the club via appointment with our Membership Consultant. You will need your bank details, valid photo ID and to complete a quick membership form. This will take about 5 minutes. Short on time? Give us a call and we can sign you up over the phone.

Q. What support will I get?
A. From day one we are here to support you. You will receive an induction from a member of our fitness team along with a full health check taking into account your goals, your likes and dislikes and your ability level. We’ll review your health check every 3 months and make sure you’re progressing – and, most importantly, still getting the most from your visits to the club.

Q. Who is a typical member?
A. We attract a wide range of members from 16 to 70+ and have the facilities to cater for all. Our typical member enjoys keeping fit and the support and friendship of their fellow members.

Q. How often do I need to visit?
A. As often as you wish; there’s no pressure from us. As part of your induction we will agree your goals and advise you on the amount of exercise you need to take to help you achieve them. Many of our members attend the club more frequently than they had planned as they enjoy the social aspect and like meeting up with friends.

Q. Are you open weekends and bank holidays?
A. Yes, we operate 364 days a year and only close on 25th December. We are open 10am – 8pm every Saturday and Sunday. Bank holiday hours are always displayed in the club.

Q. How old do you need to be to join?
A. All members/guests must be 16 years and over. Please bring valid photo ID with you.

Q. How do I cancel my membership?
A. Atlantic Health Club offers no contract membership. If you wish to cancel your membership you can do so at any time by providing us with one calendar month's notice.

Q. Can I go to the pool if I'm not a gym member?
A. Yes, we offer pool only memberships.

Q. Is the Spa for members?
A. Our Spa is open to Members and Non Members. As a member you will enjoy a range of discounts and member only events.
